Went in for transmission flush, Mind u nothing wrong with truck, on the way home it stalled and temp was over 210 and water everywhere. Looking into it we saw that they did not replace filter they just put the old back on , ( we marked it before truck was taken and yep it came back with original so it was not changed) they used cork gasket (mind you they do not use that in the US) and we we called to speak to person who worked on it , we kept getting run around. Olivia , the lady we spoke to was very rude, no customer service skills and no compassion at all. Seems like they are money hungry , use cheap products and charge u like if it was top of line service. It’s sad that instead of helping people they get a kick out of cheating people. From our experience i strong recommend to stay away from this place, no good service at all. Truck also came back with yard wrapped around tire rod weird.

I wont recomend this place. I took my 2011 f150 becuse it was not shifting right, so THEY had the truck sitting on their lot for like 2weeks, then I called and was told that they were working on it, so I went to see that afternoon and the truck was still sitting on their lot, Igot told they were wating on parts, then I get called 2 days later that my truck was ready, so I went to test it and the receptionist wanted me to pay the remaining balance before they let me drive my truck, so I did. So I went to test it and the trans made horrible noices and did not shift right and had an error code on the dash, (it was worst than when i tool it to get fixed) so I went back and mecanics made the dummest excuses im my opinion. They called the next day that truck was ready. long story short Then trans broke after a year, the next mechanic said they installed the cheapest torque converter and oil was never replaced, when he took it apart the oil was so dirty it ruined the trans. So I paid netos 1700 for a job never done right and I paid 1900 again to fix it right this time, so dont waste your money on these guys.

They performed service on my transmission at a fair price. Then when a part broke they 100% stood by their warranty, they took the car back into the shop and worked on it all over again until it was perfect, all for no charge. I highly recommend them!

I brought my Jeep here after I lost my transmission driving to Brownsville for a new job flying skydivers. I downshifted and the clutch blew apart. The transmission had been having issues ever since Hurricane Harvey, I was actually apart of the rescue effort in my lifted Jeep. So I decided the best course of action was to have it replaced. It had felt like I was shifting through sand. Everyone at Neto's was really good with helping me, and answering the phone when I called to coordinate getting a new transmission shipped to them direct. They installed and everything was good. They even honored a lower price when the job actually required more work. I told them I wanted to pay them for the work they did. I also had a few issues after the fact, and needed to bring it back in. They gladly worked on it no charge, and squeezed me into their schedule. It turned out it was the master cylinder going bad, despite having been replaced once before. The shop I had do the clutch job last December in my hometown actually replaced it under warranty later on, but the fact Neto's did their best to take care of me shows a lot. Work ethic 10/10 Customer Service 10/10 They also have applications for car care credit so it is easier for anyone to get their car fixed on short notice! Be sure to make an appointment to avoid waiting time! I love this place, they are loyal and experts at what they do.
